Family-Friendly Ford Explorer

Are you searching for the perfect new SUV for your family? We’ve got three models you may want to think about. They all have three rows, so you know there will be enough room for everybody. Learn what else they offer for your comfort, safety, and convenience.

Nissan Pathfinder

When you opt for the second-row bench seat, the Nissan Pathfinder has plenty of room for up to eight people, and all rows are roomy. You will also appreciate the cargo space: 16.6 cubic feet behind the third row, 45 cubic feet when folded, and 80.5 cubic feet with both rear rows down.

This SUV has several built-in tech features, including Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, satellite radio, and proximity keyless entry. It also has numerous safety systems, such as blind spot monitoring, driver attention monitoring, and forward and reverse automatic emergency braking.

GMC Traverse

The 2023 GMC Yukon comes standard with a 5.3-liter V8 engine laying down 355 horsepower and 383 lb.-ft of torque. The interior is also impressive, highlighted by a front console with a standard 12-inch digital Driver Information Center that combines multiple functions in a single easy-to-read display that minimizes distraction. Ask your dealer about the available GMC Pro Safety Plus Package, which bundles lane-change alert, rear cross-traffic alert, and rear park alert.

Ford Explorer

The Ford Explorer has a spacious interior that seats up to seven people. Its cargo space is also impressive: 18.2 cubic feet behind the third row, 47.9 cubic feet when it’s down, and 87.8 cubic feet with the rear seats folded. A power liftgate comes standard, as do a Wi-Fi® hotspot, smartphone connectivity, and voice recognition. As for safety, every model has rear parking sensors, pedestrian detection, and lane departure warning.
