*Professional staff: Of our 85 qualified Technicians, eight carry the coveted Senior Master Technician certification. Our knowledgeable staff carries a national reputation for expertise in diesel tow vehicles. This reputation has earned us placement on the Ford Motor Company Review Panel, which serves over 10,000 Ford Technicians.
*Commitment to Knowledge: Woodhouse believes in investing in their employees, so they encourage all Technicians to earn their 2-year degree and will help them financially and mentally to meet their goal.
*Continuous Training: Woodhouse Technicians go through a variety of continuous education courses by learning on-line, from a CD or at a conference in Kansas City. Woodhouse encourages employees to get certified in all areas possible to able them to perform warranty service work. There are also weekly service meetings to keep managers and their teams current with new vehicle maintenance information and vehicle updates.
